Do you feel dangerous when traveling solo?
Are you risking your life when being alone in a strange place?
Is this safe to stay with strangers in hostel or through couch surfing?
Those questions are often given for me from my Asian society, from both men and women, old and young generation.
The answer is YES.
Sometime on my solitude road, I did feel scary. There were danger that I aware of in every step I took. Every new people I met, unconsciously the question for safety appeared in my head.

How about you, the one who stay, work and love in one location ?
Are you risking your life when driving every day to work in the hustle and bustle ?
Are you putting your mental health in danger when stress your brain day by day to its limit ?
Is your chance of having depression when surround by people who give you more stress than joy, much higher than 'lonely' me lost in mother nature ?
Breathing the polluted air in the city compare to absorb natural fresh air, which one is better for your health, physically and mentally?

Have you ever seen the diagram of your heart beat (EKG or ECG).
When the line go up and down, it means you are alive. When that line stay stable as a straight line, it means you are death.
There is risk in every breath we take. There are numerous of up and down. And that means we are alive.

Doesn't matter I choose to travel and move often in between places or you choose to stay most of the time in one place, if that make us happy and feel that we live a meaningful life, that's enough.
Living is a precious things. So go live it !
